After the announcement by the Secretary General, where the figure squandered by the president and financial secretary was mentioned, the P .R .O reached the president via a phone call as was seen happening life on the stage the executives were seated. The Secretary General in turn announced to the general audience that the president was on his way to the venue.
Before the arrival of the President, the financial secretary made his entrance through the back door, his presence was announced and he was given a seat in front.
A significant correspondence by Mrs Oprah, a 300 level student, shook the house. She pointed out a few mistakes on the part of the executives; “a speech should have been made by the chairperson present at the beginning of the meeting after the adoption of the previous minute, informing the house about the issue of the misappropriation of funds by the president and the financial secretary and their exact reasons for not being in attendance”. In her opinion, this would have created a certain level of organization in conducting the Congress. She also added that ‘as executives representing the general house, a meeting should have been held amongst themselves where possible questions to be asked by the audience would be profered with relevant answers given before calling for the Congress’, as it was, in her words, ‘unavoidable for questions to be asked especially when the rights of people have been trampled on’. She further stated that the Congress wouldn't have taken the road it took and important issues would have been discussed instead of focusing only on the faults of the president and financial secretary and not meeting a reasonable ground after so much time had passed. After making these points, the whole house thundered applauses indicating that they agreed with the points she made.
Going further from Mrs Oprah's correspondence, like opinions were given by a few other individuals.
The Secretary General deemed it necessary to bring to the knowledge of the house that several meetings had been held before the Congress and the president was called upon to give reasons for his behaviour. According to what was said, the president asked the executives to give him a punishment but according to the Secretary General, seeing as the matter seemed ‘beyond them’, it was taken to the office of the H.O.D.
At this point, a statement was made from the audience “so that means you guys are not up to the task”. This caused another series of shouts and noise. Said person was asked to apologise to the general house for slanderous statement which he did and which was accepted. Coincidentally, the president walked in at this point through the front door and took a seat in front too. His presence was announced.
After a number of other addresses by the executives, it turned out that the vice-president actually prepared a speech she intended to make but was not opportunned to because of the turn of events.
Nevertheless, she asked permission from the house to go ahead with the speech which was granted. Following the progress of the speech, it was satisfactory to hear that most of what the house expected to have been done, that is judging by agreements with Mrs Oprah's correspondence, was contained in her speech.

The executives at some point began referring to the AMCOMS constitution when questions were been asked. It was proposed that the constitution needed amendment and two persons from each level were nominated and later selected to work with the Secretary General and the vice-president on the amendment at a later date.
Refreshments were shared.
The president was subsequently given the floor to make his apologies or say a few things to the house. It is necessary to inform you that at this point, the entire house fell silent. Taking the mic, the president, Collins Dapak, after saluting the house, made a statement that pushed the house to anger. He said, “nobody is perfect". There was great disagreement from the audience; people stating their displeasure with his choice of words in not so proper words also. Trying to use cooler words, the president yet again ignited a fire by adding that, “everybody has flaws”. Questions at this point were, ‘is he trying to justify his action, is that the proper way to tender an apology?’. The audience had had enough and yet again, a good number of people stood and exited the venue.
